Veteran musician and chairman for GHAMRO Rex Omar has stated that the government has not been supportive when it comes to issues concerning the creative art industry as a whole.
He made this statement in an interview with IB at the VGMA’s nominees Jam held at the Labadi beach resort.

Chairman of the Ghana Music Right Organization (GHAMRO) has recently asked the government to stay focused on developing the country and do away with the blame game of who introduced vigilantism into a country. Rex Omar believes, the first industry that suffers most when there is destabilization in the industry is the creative art industry.
